 (1) Supplied copper ferrules are slipped over the ends of the stripped wire from the fixture or cable.

(2) The wire strands, encased by the copper ferrules are then inserted into the proper receptacles and tightened with the supplied set screws.

(3) Cover screws, which are threaded for a brass insert, are affixed and tightened to complete wiring of the connector.

 We now has 60 and 100 amp versions of the widely acclaimed ADI/Bates line of stage pin connectors! These connectors are ideal for most higher amperage 2P&G applications and are easily installed due to the direct wire set screw attachment.

OTHER CONNECTORS

Along with our full line of male, female and panel mount stage pin connectors, we also carries a comprehensive selection of male, female, twistlock and edison connectors. The drawings on the left illustrate some of the more popular NEMA connector configurations available for entertainment lighting applications.

CAM-LOK

Cam-Lok E1016 series connectors provide distribution and tie-in connections of power systems up to 400 amps on #2-4/0 AWG feeder cable - such as from a generator to a dimming rack. Cam-Lok E1015 series connectors are an economical choice for lower amperage applications (up to 150A and #8-#4 AWG cable).

These single pole plugs and receptacles are insulated in a specially formulated elastomeric material for safe operation. All insulators are molded from a colorfast material and are color coded for safe operation. We also carry a selection of molded Two-Fers, Three-Fers, Tapping T's and other accessories which allow safe and efficient distribution of high amperage power wiring.
